Nancy Sarisley Costanzo is a resident of Massachusetts. She is a painter and printmaker. She has been an Associate Professor of Art for many years. Her past experiences have included Gallery Director, Director of Cultural Affairs and Art Director at various private and public institutions.  She has a Masters Degree from the Rhode Island School of Design, where she studied with Richard Merkin, Budd Hopkins and Hardu Keck.  Ms. Costanzo has traveled extensively throughout Europe and has lived in Rome, Italy, studying classical painting, Italian Art History and conducted a comparative research project in Art Education.  Nancy has a C.A.G.S. in Expressive Arts Therapy from the European Graduate School, in Leuk, Switzerland.  

Ms. Costanzo has exhibited in numerous galleries in the New England area. She has had one person exhibitions at the Thronja Art Gallery, Hampshire College, Westfield State College and Elms College.  She has exhibited in numerous group shows that include New Britain Museum of American Art and Wuti Gallery in Connecticut, Zone Art Gallery in Massachusetts, and EGS, Leuk, Switzerland.  She has received numerous awards with the most recent being from the New Britain Museum of American Art.Ms. Costanzo has received invitations and grants to lecture on the history of women artists and research feminine iconography in Mexico, Greece and England. 

Ms. Costanzo was invited to present at the first People to People Art Education Delegation to the Peoples Republic of China.  The following year she was invited to participate in the first Sino-American Conference on Women’s Issues, where she lectured and exhibited her work in Beijing, China.

She has been elected to Who's Who of American Women and was recognized by Marquis for The Who’s Who Top Artist Award. She has also received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award.

Ms. Costanzo's work is in private and public collections in Connecticut, 
Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., New York, Rome, Italy, and Leuk, Switzerland.
